Mac’s wines are completely transparent. He is striving to express the Yarra, and the nuances of place within it, in all it’s glory. Specializing in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, he crafts a range of single vineyard offerings, a brand new “Villages” tier, and regional Yarra Valley offerings. He also makes some pretty damn snappy Syrah, Riesling, Cabernet, and a range of experimental wines under the EB labels.
